Shot Clinic at 8th Grade Registration

The Moniteau County Health Center will be at the MS for 8th Grade registration to do a shot clinic for required Vaccinations. For the parent to sign their child up and provide consent to be vaccinated, they need to visit schoolcares.com and enter the enrollment code: MO07917. Again, this number is confusing as it is MO (Missouri) and then numbers 07917. They then need to select the school name, complete the required information, and submit. They should make sure they receive a confirmation page upon submitting.
