Middle School Peer helpers and Middle School Student Council are sponsoring a kindness week, March 21-25th. We are selling Kindness shirts to wear one day that week. The last day to order shirts is February 18th.

The CHS Dance Team is holding a mini and middle dance clinic on Sunday, February 13, 1:00-3:30pm, in the middle shool gym. Students in pre-k through 4th grades are invited to the mini clinic and students in 5th through 8th grades are invited to the middle clinic. Students will learn a dance, get a t-shirt, and perform at halftime of the basketball game on Tuesday, February 15. With the significant incoming weather that has been forecasted, Wednesday, February 2, and Thursday, February 3 will become AMI (Alternate Method of Instruction) days meaning our school buildings will be closed. Elementary students will have learning packets to work on for these two days (and for Friday, proactively, if we cannot be at school) and Middle and High school students will receive their instruction virtually. We will communicate about Friday later in the week when we have a better knowledge of the road conditions. We sincerely appreciate your assistance with the educational process when AMI days are necessary to ensure student and staff safety. California Lady Pinto Hoops would love your support at their Italian Dinner on Sunday, January 9, 2022, 11:00am-1:00pm at the high school. There will be dine in or carry out. The menu will be lasagna, salad, bread, dessert and drinks. Tickets are as follows: Adults - $12.00, Children ages 6-11 - $5.00, Children under 5 - free.
