CMS students will be heading to the Eldon Pool for a fun afternoon in the sun on Thursday, June 18th, from 12:00 PM – 2:15 PM!

For a participation cost of $25 per student, the program provides basic school supplies along with items such as Clorox wipes, tissues, hand sanitizer, and paper towels.
Families will need to provide a backpack and binder. Students participating in PE and Band will also need to purchase any required course-specific materials.
Participation options:
• Summer School: Complete the Google Form and submit payment with your student before the end of summer school
• Open House (August): Complete the Google Form and submit payment during Open House

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Moniteau County R-1 School District is accepting proposals for the lease and service of multifunctional printer/copiers and color printers. Proposals are requested for a five-year lease term.
Proposals will be received during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Deadline for submission of proposals:
9:00 a.m. on June 12, 2026
All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked:

The Moniteau County R-1 School District is accepting sealed surplus bids on district items. Please note that the condition of all items will vary.
🆕 Additional items have been added to the surplus list, including:
• 39 Blue Track Hurdles
• 34 Grey Track Hurdles
• And other items!
📌 All bids must be submitted on a per-item basis and delivered to the District Office no later than 1:00 p.m. on June 12, 2026. Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly labeled "Surplus Bid."
✅ Submitted bids will be presented for approval at the Board of Education meeting on June 17, 2026.
📞 Successful bidders will be notified on June 18, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.
📦 All purchased items must be picked up between June 20 and June 30, 2026. The "Cottage of Knowledge" may be picked up no later than July 15, 2026. The bidder is responsible for the removal and pickup of all purchased items.

The last day to register for Middle School Football Camp and be guaranteed a camp t-shirt is Friday, June 26!

Participants who register after June 26 are still welcome to attend, but they will not receive a camp t-shirt. We need all t-shirt sizes submitted by that date to ensure shirts are ready for camp.
