REMINDER: WINTER SPORTS PHYSICALS
Winter sports practices begin Monday, October 19!
If your student plans to participate in a winter sport, including wrestling, basketball, cheerleading, or other winter activities, please ensure they have a current sports physical on file before they participate in practice.
Students must also complete 14 practices before they can participate in their first competition or event. Don't let a missing physical delay your student's start to the season!
Physicals can be scheduled through the local health center or various medical clinics. We encourage families to plan and schedule appointments as soon as possible.
